I personally design and craft each piece in my North Carolina-based home studio, using premium metals and gemstones. As a sole proprietorship, I've implemented a set of operational guidelines outlined below to ensure the smooth functioning of my online shop. I strictly adhere to these policies, and it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this information before placing an order. By placing an order, you indicate your agreement with and commitment to following my policies.

This choice is based on the reliability of email, as messages and comments on platforms like Instagram DM can occasionally go unnoticed or can be easily overlooked.

Handmade quality:
Each jewelry item I create is crafted by hand, meaning each piece is unique and no two pieces will be exactly the same. This distinctiveness is one of the aspects of handmade jewelry, and it contributes to its beauty. For pieces that are labeled "made to order", please anticipate a slightly longer processing time for your order due to this personalized approach.
Privacy
Protection of private information:
I place a high priority on safeguarding your privacy and will solely utilize your personal information to manage your account and deliver the services you've specifically requested from me. When buying from my store you may receive emails for marketing, promotions, services, or contests that I may offer. I will not share your personal information with any third parties. It's important to note that I do not gather any personal or financial details through e-commerce transactions. All personal data is securely held and protected by the financial payment gateway company, through Shopify which maintains its own GDPR-compliant policy.
Order Processing & Shipping:
I handle orders in the order they are received to get them ready for shipping. Typically, the preparation and packaging process may take up to three days. While most orders are dispatched promptly as scheduled, it's important to understand that I operate as a sole proprietor, and occasionally, unforeseen situations like illness or other unforeseen circumstances may cause a slight delay of a day or two. In such cases, I reserve the right to adjust the shipping timeline accordingly. The Regal Boar is a side business for me, as I work a full time job. So be patient as I fulfill orders for shipping.
If you have specific concerns about the timely delivery of an item for a particular date, reach out to me via email immediately after your purchase. This way, we can work together to ensure you receive your piece when you need it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Shipping:
Your purchase will be shipped via USPS and it will arrive packaged and ready for gift giving. All orders include standard tracking and insurance for your peace of mind. However, please note that I cannot be held liable for lost packages or items marked as "Delivered" during transit. While I’m happy to assist with shipping-related questions, please understand that once an item is handed off to the USPS and shipped, it is out of my control. If any issues arise, kindly file claims directly with the shipping provider.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
To prevent the need for refunds or exchanges, please review the product listings carefully. I put in considerable effort to create clear and concise descriptions that encompass all essential details to minimize any potential confusion and enable well-informed purchases. Many concerns can be averted by thoroughly reading the item's listing and closely inspecting the provided photos.
I do not allow returns or exchanges based on wrong size or buyer's remorse. Familiarize yourself with your size and budget, and carefully consider your purchase before ordering my jewelry. All product listings provide size and measurement information for your convenience.
Exchanges:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days. Or if there was an error on my part, kindly send me an email so we can explore the most suitable solution. My aim is to ensure the satisfaction of all my customers, and I'm eager and available to address any concerns to the best of my ability.
I accept exchanges, I do not accept returns or cancellations. To be eligible for an exchange, your jewelry item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging to ensure safety in transit. Items that have been marked down or put on sale are not eligible for exchanges.
To return your item, contact me through email to start the process.
You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses when sending back your item, and please note that these costs cannot be refunded. In case you qualify for a refund, the return shipping expenses will be subtracted from your refund amount.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may fluctuate depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
